How a disagreement is settled
While a job is disputed, the money stays where it is — nobody is paid and nobody is refunded. Upgodo reads what was agreed and what was delivered, then proposes how to split the payment and explains why. If you both accept, it settles straight away. If either of you does not, a person at Upgodo takes over the case.

What holding the money means
Upgodo holds the payment until the work is accepted, so you are not paying up front for something that never arrives, and the person doing the work is not delivering without knowing the money is there. It is not a guarantee that every disagreement ends the way you want.
